Can my puncture be repaired?
Often, but not always. Where the damage is matters most: a nail in the middle of the tread is often repairable, while damage near the sidewall usually isn't. That's why we ask for a photo of the puncture before we set off, and we tell you straight.
If it can't be repaired, you'll know before the van leaves, and we'll price a new tyre fitted at your car instead, in any brand and size. Some drivers would rather have a new tyre than a repair anyway, and that's your call.

How we repair a puncture at your car
We take the tyre off the wheel in our van and repair it from the inside to BS AU159, the British Standard for tyre repairs, using a mushroom patch. The repair takes 15 to 30 minutes once we're with you.
If the same puncture lets you down within 3 months, we come back and re-fix it free.
- You send your tyre size, your location, the locking wheel nut details and a photo of the puncture.
- We confirm it looks repairable and give you a price and an arrival time.
- The driver rings you with updates on the way.
- At the car, we help find the locking nut key if needed, jack the car with the handbrake on and take the wheel off.
- In the van, the tyre comes off the wheel, the puncture is repaired and the wheel is balanced before it goes back on.
- The wheel goes back on, torqued to the manufacturer's figure, and you pay the driver.
Mobile tyre repair at home or at work
We repair punctures where the car is parked: on your drive, at work or in a car park, as well as at the roadside, and we repair punctures in van tyres too. The repair happens in our van, parked beside your car, so you don't need to take the car anywhere.
Don't try to drive to a garage on a flat tyre. Driving on it can ruin a tyre that was repairable and damage the wheel too, so leave the car where it is and send us a photo.
With the wheel off, our driver checks it for other damage, so you'll know if anything else needs doing.
Puncture repair near me: how soon we get there
In our core area we're usually with you in 30 to 60 minutes. Our two vans work out of Bromley across south east London, Surrey and Kent, from Beckenham, Orpington and West Wickham to Croydon, Reigate and Caterham.
Further out, we tell you the real arrival time when you call, and we don't take jobs more than 2 hours away unless you can't find anyone else. Check your postcode and book.
